From seed to plate

Structured around 12 seasonal vegetables, it guides the reader by offering a double experience: culinary and gardening. It is a practical notebook that can be personalized to accommodate tips and tricks in the kitchen and vegetable garden.

The chapter pages are decorated with vivid illustrations made from paintings produced during a workshop led by Eugénie Furino. A distinct color palette accompanies each month and contributes to giving a feeling of journey, of visual progression over the seasons. Typography, round and friendly, is used for the major elements, the denser parts are punctuated by titles and small graphic elements: pictos, arrows, micro-illustrations that enrich the text without overloading it. The layout is structured with highlights, visual highlights, anecdotes, and brief tips, punctuating denser content and creating dynamic reading.

A project imagined and supported by Arrêt59 and the non-profit organization Agy'Sont, with the support of the artist Eugénie Furino (drawing workshops), the author Claude Enuset (writing workshops) and Les Passeurs de Mémoire.
